I live and lead.
I’m David—a grateful husband to my wife, Hannah, and a father of two wonderful children. Loving and leading my family has been both one of life’s greatest joys and one of its most formative challenges.
My story includes difficult seasons that ultimately led to an encounter with Jesus Christ. He radically changed the direction of my life, and my faith now shapes how I understand identity, family, recovery, service, and leadership.
Professionally, I serve at the intersection of behavioral health, ministry, and organizational leadership. I care deeply about bringing clinical evidence and Christian faith together in ways that help people, strengthen teams, and support lasting recovery.

As Vice President of Programming, I help guide programs that bring together professional treatment, faith-based recovery, and compassionate care—especially for people and communities too often left without support.

Unspoken expectations force people to guess. Strong leaders name the purpose, define what matters, and make the next step understandable. Clarity does not eliminate every difficulty, but it gives people a fair opportunity to meet it together.
